Sharon Hong

Sharon currently leads the ecosystem solutions and strategic partners organization at Motorola Solutions. With over 20 years of experience with Motorola Solutions, she has held a variety of leadership positions in engineering, presales business operations, channel sales, sales operations and service offer management. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and a Masters in Engineering Management from USC. 

Sharon is the executive sponsor of the Motorola Solutions’ Society of Women Engineers (SWE) chapter as well as the company’s participation in SWE’s annual Women in Engineering Conference. She also serves as part of the Women’s Business Council leadership team.
