Michelle Anderson-Silva

Michelle Anderson-Silva is a seasoned investigations practitioner with 15+ years of experience in the security & asset protection industry. She currently oversees the Investigative Systems & Tools team at Gap Inc., and leads the strategic development and execution of Asset Protection investigative technology & programs including enterprise solutions such as the global exception based reporting tool, enterprise case management, return authorization and other technology initiatives and pilots. Michelle is passionate about enabling tools, technologies and programs to increase efficiency and efficacy across the teams she leads and supports. She is inspired by her family and doing what she can to leave the world a better place for her two kids. 

Michelle is a Certified Forensic Interviewer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from California State University, East Bay.

When she's not fighting crime at Gap Inc., you can find Michelle spending time with her family, enjoying the mountains or playing beach soccer.
