Successfully Implementing an ESRM Approach into Your Organization Over the last several years, security practitioners have absorbed and embraced the tenets of ESRM. While many want to implement ESRM in their organizations and experience the benefits, they aren’t quite sure where to start. This calculated workshop will briefly refresh a baseline understanding of ESRM before offering in-depth and practical advice on how to successfully and effectively incorporate an ESRM approach. In an open and relaxed setting, security practitioners will offer a brief review of ESRM in straightforward and actionable terms and quickly transition into the “how” of ESRM, including how to define roles and responsibilities, how to effectively communicate security risks to business partners, and how to present your case to top management. Earn up to 6.5 CPE credits for participation in the Pre-Conference Workshop and an additional 3.5 CPE credits upon completion of the online certificate. SPEAKERS: GSX registration is not required to attend a pre-conference program. Separate Registration Required.
