Title: Protecting Physical Security Systems from Cyber Attacks

Description:

Physical security systems such as access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, etc. have become more network enabled and part of a firm's overall corporate network, so securing the systems against cyber attacks becomes paramount.

This presentation will explain why cybersecurity is important, how systems become vulnerable, what steps to take to mitigate cybersecurity issues, and how to develop an ongoing cybersecurity plan. After this presentation, security professionals will understand the cybersecurity threat to their security systems, be able to take prudent measures to address them, and have the knowledge to discuss cybersecurity issues with applicable IT departments.
