Identity and trust are the heart of converged security. The panel will discuss how recent technological advances are strengthening he capability of firms to perform identity and trust verification and validation and detect and prevent insider threats. Specifically, the incorporation of automated whole person/whole threat employee risk scoring into physical access controls can significantly improve identity and trust verification and validation, providing actionable visibility to security staff. Using examples, panel members will show how empowered control systems are both more effective and efficient, enabling zero-trust governance and detecting potential malicious behavior and policy violations that would otherwise go unnoticed.
